If you have submitted the graduation application or have received permission to walk with credits pending (if you didn't, please contact your class dean for advice on how to take immediate steps to address this), you can pick up your free cap and gown at the Columbia University Bookstore. You can do this any time the bookstore is open, between now and the end of the semester!
To get your cap and gown (also known as "regalia"):
1. Go to the CU Bookstore. At the bottom of the escalators, turn right and head toward the back right corner by the Textbooks sign. Please let the employee know that you are a Barnard student and be ready to present your ID.
2. Receive your cap and gown.
3. Do not pay any money.
5. Feel excited.
